Refund policy

There is a 30 day refund period on all new unused parts purchased though www.ConcreteEquipmentInc.com or at Concrete Equipment LLC. All items must be in their original packaging. Restocking fees will apply on all special order items. In some cases there is no refund on special order items. Shipping costs on returns is the responsibility of the purchaser. Concrete Equipment can provide a return label for returns for an additional charge or subtraction from reimbursement upon return. Concrete Equipment will provide a courtesy return label in the event the incorrect part or item was sent on our behalf. There is no returns on used or tested hydraulic or electrical items. Serial number and or security sticker numbers must match all returned items that have been recorded. 

All parts returns must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA#) number issued by Concrete Equipment Inc, with return instructions, return form and return label. email Support@ConcreteEquipmentInc.com for return instructions and return documentation. 

All used items are sold AS-IS / no warranty
